What does a harmonious relationship look like?

A “healthy relationship” is always happiness for couples. Harmony reigns, the couple understands each other (sometimes without words), attention from the partner to the other, you can rely on each other. Your individuality and self-esteem should not depend on the opinion of your partner. How to come to a healthy relationship or create one from scratch:

1. Respect .Any relationship should be built on respect for each other. Each person will have different values and beliefs – there are no identical people. In a healthy relationship, you should be able to express yourself the way you want to and at the same time respect and support your partner’s individuality.

2. ConnectionIf a person is in a healthy relationship, they can easily tell their partner what’s bothering them and know that he or she will support them. And, in principle, when you can talk to a person about everything and know that he will support the conversation. When you are happy, you celebrate it together, remembering moments and talking about your feelings.

3. honesty. You should always tell only the truth. By getting wound up, you will forget what story you told your partner, and then it will be a burden on you, well, in the end, everything will be revealed.

4. ConversationsWhen either of you make mistakes, you should openly admit them. Blaming games should not exist in a healthy relationship. After that, it’s worth talking through all the things that happened, because in a healthy relationship, once you’ve talked and discussed the situation, you won’t bring it up again. You truly forgive and forget past mistakes. And remember, talking to your partner is one of the important parts, you can’t be silent.

5. IndependenceEach of us has our own personal life. Everyone should realize that, no matter how much our sense of ownership may be at play. None of us have to ask the other person for permission to do anything. You have your own job, your own circle of friends and your own hobbies independent of your relationship. Make time for yourself.
